Workshops
If you are unable to attend a workshop or session once you have booked, do please let us know as soon as possible as it is possible to get a refund under some circumstances, and we may be able to fill your space with someone on a waiting list.
If you have paid for a workshop place and need to cancel then we will provide a refund as follows:
• An administration fee of 10% is retained to cover our costs.
• If you cancel more than 14 days before the event you will receive a full refund, minus the administration fee.
• If you cancel within 14 days, any refund is at the discretion of the workshop organiser. Our recommendation is for the organiser to refund 50% of the fee; if possible, the workshop booking may be rescheduled instead.
Online courses
Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of an online Healing InSight course or training program, you may receive 100% of your money back.
Conditions
• Your request must be sent within 14 days of receiving access to the course materials.
Client one-to-one sessions
If you have paid for a session and need to cancel then any refund provided is at the discretion of the practitioner, with our recommendation as follows:
• If you cancel more than 48 hours before the session, our recommendation is for the practitioner to refund 100% of the fee. If possible, the appointment time may be rescheduled instead.
• If you cancel within 48 hours, our recommendation is for the practitioner to refund 50% of the fee.
If we cancel
Occasionally, in unavoidable circumstances we may need to cancel a booking. In these circumstances, you will get a full refund.
How to claim
You can cancel your booking by using our online booking system, or by writing to the practitioner or workshop organiser. Please see the information you will have received upon booking for details of how to do this.
