Nurturing creativity – allowing stillness, inspiration, intuition and expression.
What a lovely theme for us to explore this month and strangely appropriate that we allow ourselves that inner well of nourishment and allow the inspiration to flow at this time.
It was the very allowing of creativity that seeded the Healing InSight Method. I sat one day, bogged down with life, routine, work, and felt called to bring through seven chakra affirmations and wall art pieces. As I drove to a friends Hen party, I pressed record and allow myself to bring through inspired affirmations regarding the chakras – these were in essence, the main card affirmations – “You are…” that you see in the deck.
Some months later, I made space to begin drawing, sketching ideas and asking what wanted to be on the prints? Things evolved, my musings became matter and the card deck was digitally created from hand drawn art and words. As I teach from Reiki, it is from the zero, the Wuji or emptiness, that taiji/ tai chi (the 1), the energy spiral arises; and so to touch this place of emptiness and move deep into the sacral chakra, we can allow creativity – in its many forms – to birth through us into matter.
I’m sure that we are all ready for some deep nourishment and resource from the sacral – the sacred self and from my perspective, this requires the surrender that we touched upon last session and the connection to the seat of our soul, our deepest self. Alongside a beautiful nourishing meditation, we’ll have a look at these beliefs to support our creative selves:
“It is safe, possible and appropriate for me to express my creative self and I do”
“I value and embrace creativity and nourishment in my life”
“I am a creative Creator Being, manifesting a beautiful life”
All is possible!

No other belief statements coming up for us, so as we step into November, do align with this and allow yourselves to be the beautiful creator beings that you are, manifesting all that you wish to see in the world. I’m rooting for humanity’s liberation and our ascension to unity consciousness and heaven on Mother Earth.
