Hello beautiful beings!
Full of love today, so a good time to write and share some bounty with you all! Just looking at the plan for our meeting on September 27th, we’re touching on the big one – “Who am I? – exploring and embracing the whole self, hitting the pure void of surrender”.
Well, as I begin to let the inspiration flow, the first thing that comes up for us is this void, the wuji, the surrender that births the seed of creation. As I imagine our next call, I imagine a deep exploration of this wuji. Indeed it has the potential to take the Healing InSight method to another level.
During my qigong training, I stood in the wuji pose for 90 minutes and was moved through deep healing, releases and realignments. I am reminded of this, and our opportunity to truly dive into surrender through stillness. As we are shifting and changing with these new energies, becoming expanded, embodied beings of light — indeed multidimensional and connected to more than ever before — perhaps this is something that we can explore through wuji. Whether seated or standing, for part of our upcoming session, we will, we will!
If we are not our emotions or our ego, while remaining absolutely human incarnate, who are we? As this incarnation, focused here, now… who are you? Often we can learn who we are through recognising who or what we are not. The expanded version of ourselves, of course, sees us as everything, we are reflections of the whole; which ultimately brings us into the concept of wholeness as oneness. As intelligent consciousness, the observer in us has the ability to focus consciousness anywhere. Is this who we are; the divine intelligence that broadcasts consciousness into reality? If so, what is the reality that we create? Is it an extension of us? Therefore, each of us ‘is’ everything around us. Food for thought.
As we let go of attachment, we can come to be purer versions of self, needing less reflection and contrast from ‘other’ in order to be with or know ourselves. This can really only be achieved through pure surrender.
I am going to pull some cards now. First, two for our membership call in relation to “who am I?”:
1. Heart Chakra: Forgiveness: “I forgive”
2. Solar Plexus: Greatness: “I am wonderful”
Card for now:
3. Root Chakra: Capability: “I am strong”
Well, I’ve never had a three-card-pull with just the last short belief statement for each one. Keeping it simple this time, following the flow. Interestingly, deep forgiveness is key for letting go of attachment, so I like how that one showed up. Remember and align, if you wish, with the belief “I am wonderful”. Be ‘full of wonder’, you beautiful human beings, and recognise the strength and capability that already exists within. I will see you at 8pm (UK/BST) on Sunday the 27th September!
Much love,
Nikki xx
