Nikki has written a book which is so clearly based on her own and her clients experiences with great insight and love. It is a quality publication at so many levels. Just to hold it as a book in my hands I can feel the intentions it holds. Its illustrations are stunning. The clear level of research used to support all that the author presents is amazing.
The techniques which Nikki has written about are presented in such a clear manner .. building familiarity before moving to the next step. And it absolutely works. Many beliefs, as we all know, are difficult to shift but this certainly worked for some of the sticky ones that were lurking.
I cannot recommend this book more highly. Its accessibility, clarity and the fact that it works are reason enough.
