Nikki and Katie look forward to welcoming you into a sacred space for a gently guided journey with the body, the chakras and sound (crystal bowls played divinely by Katie) to assist in deepening your relationship with self and All.
Exploring the chakras through dance offers a wonderful opportunity for discovery, clearing and re- balancing of the inner expression of the self as it relates to the outer world. This experience will usually leave you feeling clearer and energised having removed blockages and expressed parts of the self waiting to be seen. This is wonderful for personal exploration and expansion (plus a joyful gentle workout for the physical body).
Settling into the crystal singing bowls after this outward expression offers a time to going inward, dropping deeper to integrate and further unwind, release and expand through the beautiful frequencies of crystallised sound.
We aim for you to leave feeling restored and renewed.
Bring water, layered comfortable clothes, blanket and cushion – for sound bath.
